A.K. Plaza departmental Stores Hathazari was established in the year 2000 in Hathazari, Chittagong, Bangladesh.  A.K, Plaza is a departmental shopping store which includes a lot varieties products under one roof. 

A.K. Plaza at the time when established was unique in its kind. The name itself is derived from the name of its founder Mr. Abul Kashem (A.K.). His vision was to establish a multi product departmental stores in Hathazari which caters the needs of its customers. Since at the time of commencement of its business there were not much departmental stores in that locality which caters lots of product categories under one roof ranging from electronics, pharmacy, textiles, fashion, photo studio and many more.
